If debt is a way of life for you, it’s time for you to consider finding a debt consolidation secured loan. This loan is designed so that you can pay off some or all of your debt, leaving you with a single low monthly payment instead of multiple payments that keep increasing as time goes by.
Since you offer collateral as security for the loan, the debt consolidation secured loan usually has a lower interest rate and is easier to get than some other loans… making it great for the person who is deep in debt and doesn’t have a spotless credit history.
The best part is that not only does a debt consolidation secured loan stop your outstanding debt from harming your credit score further, but on time repayment of your loan helps to rebuild your credit as well!
Securing your loan
Since a debt consolidation secured loan requires collateral, it’s important to choose the right collateral for the job. Instead of putting up precious metals or collectibles which need to be appraised to determine their value, it’s often best to stick with more common forms of collateral… automobiles and trucks, and real estate.
These are high-value items that are relatively easy for the lender to determine the value of, and are easy for them to find a market for should you not repay the loan and they are forced to repossess.
The easier it is for the lender to determine the value of your collateral on a market, the more likely they are to offer you a good rate for your debt consolidation secured loan.
Of course, good rates are important because it means less money that you have to pay for your loan.
Determining how much to borrow
Ideally, you want to borrow enough with a debt consolidation secured loan to repay all of your outstanding debt and have only the monthly loan payment to worry about.
If you’re too deep in debt, however, you might have to settle for less… after all, you need to keep the amount that you borrow under the value of your collateral. If this is the case, make sure that you can cover your largest and oldest debts (or at least a significant portion of them) with your debt consolidation secured loan, and then distribute any additional amount included in the loan among the remainder of your debts.
Any amount that isn’t covered by the loan should be repaid as quickly as possible (all the while making sure that you don’t lapse on your loan payments.)
Paying off your loan
After consolidating your outstanding debts with a debt consolidation secured loan, try to make sure that you get all of your loan payments in on time (if not early.) Not only does this make sure that the lender doesn’t have to repossess your collateral, but it also helps to build a good business relationship with the lender as well as doing some needed repair to your credit report.
You can use the relationship that you build now later in life when you need financial services again.

There is one very important factor that you should consider with great care if you are willing to become a successful, profitable Forex trader. This ever important factor that must be always present in the trader’s portfolio, is the ability to read the charts.
The beauty of FOREX charts, as opposed to charts used for, say, daytrading stocks, is that they are pretty easy to interpret and use. They’re a reflection of a slower-moving, stable economy (the one of a country) compared to the future and daily drama of company reports, Wall street analysts and shareholder demands.
And, unlike stocks, currency charts rarely spend much time in tight trading ranges and have the tendency to develop strong trends (even though the FX market
may be volatile, it’s more predictable). And, rather than tens of thousands of stocks to analyze, you only have a few mayor currencies to trade.
The most common types of price bars, used in FOREX trading, are the Bar Chart and the Candlestick chart:
Bars Charts - Price bars are a linear representation (a line)of a period of time. This enables the viewer to see a graphic representation summarizing the activity of a specific time frame. For example they can be one minute or five-minute time
intervals depending on the system you are using. Each bar has similar characteristics and tells the viewer several important pieces of information. First, the highest point of the bar represents the highest price that was achieved during that time period. The lowest point of the bar represents the lowest price during the same period. Regular bars display a small dot on the left side of the bar which represents the opening price of the period and the small dot on the right side represents the closing price of the period.
Candlesticks - Japanese Candlesticks, or simply Candlesticks as they are now known, are used to represent the same information as Price bars. The only difference is that the difference between the open and close form the body of a box which is displayed with a color inside. A red color means that the close was lower than the open, and the blue color represents that the close was higher than the open. If the box has a line going up from the box it represents the high and is called the wick. If the box has a line going down from the box, it represents the low and is called the tail. Many interpretations can be made from these “candlesticks” and many books have been written on the art of interpreting these bars ( Visit: http://www.1-forex.com).
So, the main thing to keep in mind between the two types of price charts is this:
Candlestick charts are similar to bar charts in that the top tip of a vertical line represents the high and bottom tip represents the low. However, market activity between the
OPEN and the CLOSE is represented differently by the use of candlestick bodies.
Because of their colored bodies, candles provide greater visual detail in their chart patterns than bar charts. Which is why many experts recommend you become intimately familiar with Candlestick charts.

For more than 30 years I have been running specialized self defence courses and seminars. Over that time I have shown thousands of people how to protect and look after themselves.
Increasing personal safety ALWAYS commences with awareness.
Since most men may be attacked in almost any situation and for a wide-ranging variety of reasons I offer the following advice.
Here is a list of ten simple things that you can do immediately that will increase your safety:
1 - Most men get involved in physical trouble as a result of saying something rude, offensive, tactless, stupid or hurtful. Controlling what comes out of your mouth can keep it in good shape. Think before you speak.
2 - If a fight breaks out in a bar - leave immediately. Go before all the drunks and brawlers start swinging chairs, bottles, glasses and punches. A “free for all” usually starts with just two protagonists. Innocent bystanders often get hit. Those who leave all the fools to bash each other do not.
3 - NEVER attempt to mediate an argument between a man and a woman. Both will cease arguing or fighting with each other and turn on you - the common enemy. If you fear for the woman’s safety, call the police.
4 - Understand that many people these days have a cocktail of drugs and booze in their veins. It makes them argumentative, aggressive and “Mike Tyson-esque.” Avoid people who are “off the planet.” Even a casual glance at them can set them off. Leave them with their own demons.
5 - Don’t make the fatal mistake of thinking that ANYBODY fights “fair” any more. Those days are over - they have been since the John Wayne era! Expect multiple attackers, weapons, possibly both.
6 - The cemeteries are full of dead heroes. Don’t add to their number. Run if you can. There is no shame in avoiding a fight. In fact, running away is smart.
7 - Recognize objects in every room of your home that could be used as makeshift weapons. Home invasion is a growing curse these days due to the unwillingness of our governments to protect their citizens.
8 - THIS IS MORE OF A LEGAL WARNING: Understand that if you allow yourself to be placed in a “compromising” position with a woman, particularly one who is “under-age,” then the woman’s version of events will usually be believed over the man’s version. Do not allow yourself to get into such situations.
9 - Negotiation is a far higher art form than physical confrontation. Do anything reasonable to avoid a fight. NOTHING good ever comes out of conflict. War is proof of that.
10 - When all else fails, your back is to the wall and there is absolutely no other alternative left remember… “it is better to be tried by twelve than carried by six.”
Remember my opening words - “increasing personal safety ALWAYS commences with awareness.” Increase your awareness, mind your manners, know your surroundings and you will certainly improve your safety.

Writing articles for your site and for the use of others, is a simple proven way low cost way to get more traffic.
Articles can be used for all subjects and just like newspapers and magazines, is a recognised way of sharing information.
Articles a low cost way of promotion but they do take time which can pay you back year after year for your efforts.
Most people tend to think that they can’t write well. It’s nothing more than sharing helpful information that you have learned. For example the idea of this article is to help format you thoughts and then the best way to format it best for users. So lets get started.
1. Firstly you need to choose who is your target market. Who is your article for and why would they find it helpful?
Example: “Home business websites who are looking for low cost traffic”
2. Choose the purpose of you article. Why are you writing it? How will you use it? This will help guide the content of it.
Example: “Provide an article for distribution, which other webmasters/ezine owners can use creating links back to my site, and subscribers to my ezine”
Always keep the purpose of the article in mind, which will help you keep on track with your content.
3. Article Subject -What are you going to write about? What subject? Use other articles you have seen or experiences you have had for ideas.
Example: Using articles for low cost online promotion
>From the subject you have chosen you need to create a headline of sorts- some thing that makes people want to read it. Create curiosity and use emotion.
Example: How to turn words into free traffic for your site
4. Format Outline -This is when you decide the format of your article, just like you were taught at school.
- Introduction - An outline of what you are going to discuss and why.
- Main body - Points you are going to cover including any references to helpful sites or site involved in what you learnt
- Conclusion - What resulted and how it worked or it didn’t. What could you do differently next time.
- Resource box - Normally a link to your site, information about your site, about you. Here is good article on resource boxes: http://digitalawol.com/box
5. Checking - At this stage you should have the outline of an article. You need to get someone else to read it over, spell checking it, making sure the information flows well.
I also recommend leaving it overnight before using it. It gives you a chance to re think it.
6. Online formatting - If you intend to make your article available to ezine owners, then you need to make sure it is formatted correctly and easy for them to use. The standard accepted format is 65 Characters wide- in plain text.
Most people us Microsoft word for word processing so you will need to re-format by using a program such as Note Tab light http://www.notetab.com/ (no cost) which will format your article correctly.
One thing you will also need to do is ensure you only have paragraphs of 4-5 lines otherwise it creates a “mental block” for the reader, and becomes too hard to read online.
So now you have a formatted, helpful article ready for your use. The last thing you need to keep in mind is that you need to provide helpful, well-researched information. A full-page ad for your site will not do you any good and will get deleted quickly.
Try to write from your own experiences and it will come across as real and very readable.
My next article will cover getting the information out there and working for you.
You can get the next article by subscribing to our ezine. It will surprize you find out that there are places you should NOT post your article, as they may not help your business.

It is one of life’s small cruelties that the times when you need credit most badly, are also the times when lenders are least willing to give it to you. When you are finding it hard to meet your obligations, your car payments are behind, your credit cards are all fully loaded, and you’re barely meeting your rent or mortgage payments, your credit score takes a nose dive. Even if you are meeting all your payments, credit reporting companies can show lenders that you are at your limit, that you’re fully extended on all existing lines of credit, and you’ve been searching vigorously for more. This will be looked on very poorly by lenders and make them much less inclined to lend to you.
Between Jobs
One of the periods when you are most likely to be in this sort of situation is when you are between jobs. There are a million reasons why you might lose your job, many of which will not be your fault, and if you are unlucky enough to have this happen to you when you’re under heavy debt, then things can quickly get out of hand.
It may seem like stating the obvious, but the surest way to get out of this situation is to find a new job as soon as possible. In many cases you can be back to work within a month or two so if you have enough money to keep you afloat for this period you will be ok. However it is not always easy to find a new job quickly, especially if the reason you lost your original job is due to difficult conditions in your industry or area.
Insurance
The other thing you might consider is credit protection insurance. This is an insurance policy you will need to have taken out before you lost your job. If you did, there is a good chance you will be covered for exactly this situation. Most credit protection plans provide that if you lose your job through no fault if your own, they will kick in the meet your repayments for you, until you can get another job. They have many strict conditions, for example, they will probably expect you to accept the first job offer you get, even if it does not pay as well as your last job etc.
Alternatives
The other option is to borrow some money to tide you over till you get a new job. While it may seem unlikely that a lender will lend to a person who is out of employment, there are situations when they will lend to you. If you can demonstrate a good previous repayment record, and have very good prospects of finding a job soon, they may be willing to back you, especially if you have security such as your home to offer them. If you do opt for this route however, make sure you are very confident of finding employment before putting your home at risk.

Technology has a tendency to be impersonal and unfriendly - if you let it. Think of the last time you received an email from someone, read it, and said to yourself, “Boy was that a lifeless, mal-prepared, impersonal message - looks like Randy really cares to stay connected with me.”?
You don’t want to be like Randy. You want to make the recipient feel like you’re right there next to them. You want someone to be excited when they receive an email from you. And you want to reassure people that email can be personable, Viagra SPAM notwithstanding.
Email is one of the major mediums of business communication. As such, treat it with the same level of personality you hope to convey through daily, face to face interactions. In other words, if you think of your emails as real conversations, you will elicit real connections. Here are a few ways to make your emails “smile” so you maximize the comfort and engagement of the recipient.
Write Conversationally
No email will ever beat face to face interaction. But you do enhance the level of friendliness if you write in a conversational tone. Use simple words. They sound genuine. Don’t try to impress someone by thesaurusizing your email with terms you wouldn’t use in person- it sounds diaphanous, limpid, and transpicuous.
Also, don’t be afraid to use one or two word sentences. After all, you use them every day in your face to face conversations - so why is email any different! I suggest exclamations like “Wow!” and “That’s great!” to make the reader feel your presence.
A great acid test for this is to read every email aloud before you send it. When you finish, ask yourself this question: “Does my email make it sound like I am personally engaging with the recipient?” People truly appreciate it when you create a memorable presence.
Use Italics, Boldface and Punctuation!
One of the pitfalls of email its inability to convey emotion. Often your correspondent won’t understand if you are serious or kidding, happy or sad, frustrated or euphoric - unless you are expressive. So use italics to highlight key words that show the person exactly what you want to say. Otherwise, your opinions, statements and stories will be misinterpreted. (The same goes for boldface words)
And no matter what anyone says, exclamation points are awesome! They completely alter the emotion of the sentence. Don’t be afraid to use them. But don’t put one in every sentence! People will think you’re on drugs! And they will freak out! Ahhh!!!!
Subject Headings
If there was ever a place in your email to add personality, it’s the subject heading. After all, people get dozens of emails a day - so what do you do to entice them to read yours first? It’s almost like the first impression or ice breaker of your conversation. So, have fun with it! Put something to grab attention like a joke, quotation or an interesting phrase. You have plenty of room too (up to 54 characters), so don’t be afraid to fill up the space.
One of my favorite subject headings is to pose a question related to the body text such as “Why don’t people talk in elevators?” or “Did you see that game yesterday?” Just like your face to face conversations, the difference between a boring and exciting subject heading is all about engagement, i.e., “Hey” vs. “Good morning Paul, how was your weekend?”
Emails Can Smile
The way you write and send your email personifies your attitude, values and interpersonal effectiveness. Unfortunately, friendliness and engagement are the things we sacrifice for technological speed and efficiency. But just because email is faster, doesn’t mean it has to be less friendly. And just because email is sent across the country, doesn’t mean it can’t be engaging.
Therefore, an email that sounds like a person will be treated like a person. If you want illicit excitement, think of your emails as real conversations. Consistently write in a conversational, friendly and engaging tone. Then, the communication within your network will be more personable, fun and memorable - simply because you made your emails smile.

For meetings to consistently deliver the required performance
and hence outputs, it is critical to have a prepared
communication process in advance of the meeting.
This enables participants to be aware and where appropriate
prepare for the meeting in advance.
It also allows for them to circulate any preparatory information
and pre-reading before the meeting to minimise any
information-giving during valuable meeting time.
This time when all participants are together must be devoted to
the interchange that can only happen when people are together.
The agenda format may vary, but it will need to have some
components which are common, as follows:-
* Location and time and who * Preparation required * Review of
previous agreed actions * Objectives * Items to be discussed *
Next meeting location and time * Review of meeting
By having this structure, it becomes possible for the right
people to attend and to:-
* Focus completely on outcome and purpose * Be prepared *
Develop meeting skills
Exercise
1. Review meetings you hold, however informal, without agendas.
- How focused are they?
- How sidetracked do they become?
- What do you notice about behaviours of people who attend?
- Describe how you feel at the end of three different meetings
this week - some with and some without an agenda.
2. Plan one meeting this week for which you would normally not
have an agenda using the agenda detail provided in the workshop.
3. Discuss the benefits and concerns about using an agenda
- What is better about having an agenda?
- What might be negatives about using an agenda?
- How might you ’sell’ these in a positive way?
Meetings are hugely valuable contribution ot business life, as
long as they work well. Preparing people in advance is ‘one
giant step for meetings, one giant step for value-creating
interactions of like minded people’.
